Visiting from Canada we took our 15 year old cat, Jacob here when he got sick. The heartbreaking experience was made bearable by the sympathetic and loving way the vet and her assistant took care of Jacob and us. We received the most beautiful card with hand written messages after the death of lived one. Never an easy thing to go through but with the assurance that we were doing the right thing we were left to mourn without guilt. Thank you for your living ways.
Dr. Dunn and his staff have provided wonderful care for my cats since 1989. I could make calls with questions and never feel like a bother. They understand that saying goodbye is profoundly painful and they try to make it as gentle as possible for pet and owner. My last cat said goodbye in October. But I can recommend them if you want top quality care for your pet. They would get 5 stars except that they can be a little expensive. I would suggest a discount for seniors on fixed income, and perhaps for people with multiple pets that are clients here. We want to care for our pets, but sometimes can't afford to.
Took my 2yr old dog, whom is like one of my kids in yesterday as she has been acting very oddly, find out she has an issue called Pyometra and needs emergency spay surgery. Well I dont have $2000 upfront, offered to make a down payment and see if they would do payments, guess because we are new clients thats not doable, only long time clients can have payment arrangements. Ive been here a year and they would rather just let her die. Dont have friends or family who can help, also not able to use pet care credit. The staff was kind, but if its an emergency dont expect them to help.
Provided excellent, compassionate treatment when my young maltese experienced sudden onset post-partum eclampsia. I am grateful to have our little girl home safe and resting comfortably.
