Stay away from this place. My teeth are bad, when I got to the point where I needed a tooth pulled I chose the first place with the quickest appointment. My first appointment I explained I had a bad tooth on the top left and one on the bottom left. The hygienist was super sweet and asked a few questions took stays, when the dentist came in for the exam he was quick d idnt care which tooth was bugging me but said I needed to have the bottom 2 removed of course because of infection id have to take antibiotic first and come back in 5 days. I did just that. When arriving back I was greeted by Missy the hygienist who was super sweet and caring, however when the dentist came in he shoved the novicain into my gums with absolute no care about the discomfort he was causing...after waiting 15 min he began to pull the tooth which put me through the roof in pain with no concern that tears were pouring down my face he proceeded to pull the tooth...now onto the second he did agree to numb me more he then drilled my tooth in half and pulled the first half without problem. The second half proved more difficult and he then told me my root was fused to the bone...now i believe u should see that in a xray....but he proceeded pushing pulling drilling my tooth putting me on pain. Beyond belief...if a tooth is fused to the bone ur suppose to undergo oral surgery . He could of broke my jaw. After getting the tooth out he acted as though I was a bad patient lol...i will never return and I hope no one else does either. If u want a dentist with any care or concern he is certainly not the guy. Keep looking!

I had previously submitted a negative comment concerning this facility (BHD), but I no longer see it. I discovered yesterday in speaking to another dental office concerning my problem that I am not the only one whose teeth he screwed up. This other dentist's receptionist told me they've had to fix other patients teeth as a result of BHD's negligence. I also learned from the new dentist that in his performing dental work in order to fix the bad tooth, he discovered a piece of metal in the root canal, which was causing my discomfort all these years.
