The employees are semi professional and polite but do not really show much initiative in going above and beyond. I also feel and know they will spend more time on your car (when using the automatic car wash) if you give them a tip. I only go back here because of the overall price definitely not for the quality of a car wash.

The $5 exterior wash is a great value, even pressure washed all the bugs off before sending me through.
I took my car to be cleaned during my lunch break. Beforehand, I called to inquire what a full service for the $23 would entail. I was sorely disappointed because the dashboard still had dust, the drink holder was still filthy, and the vacuuming job was awful. My coworkers all had similar experiences, and they tried to warn me but I like to see for myself on a business' credibility. I will not be returning. Additionally, one of my coworkers told me (after I had the bad experience) that when she tried to complain about the poor service she received, the owner hung up on her. I now have to take my vehicle to be washed and vacuumed again. Go somewhere else.
I had never been to BKleen before. Wanted the works and even asked the attendant if they cleaned the windows inside. They did a great job everyplace else but did not clean the windshield on the inside. One of the reason I wanted the works was to get my windshield cleaned. I have back and hip problems and can't clean it myself. I will think twice before going back. $23.00 and they don't clean windows on the inside.
