Thank you for letting me vent.
The service once you get someone on the phone is great but...... It is like giving birth to an elephant to get a human being. Half the time is spent on all that Spanish crap. I immigrated to this country and no one spoke German wherever I went and rightly so. I came, so I had to learn English.
Now why is it that one can not call the Bank without talking to a machine, giving SS# and what not over the phone. Lots of unemployed who would enjoy a job answering simple questions,
